Ryoji Ikeda is an experimental electronic and noise musician who enjoys pushing the medium of sound to it's limits. This album in particular makes the listener feel like a test subject - tones just on the edge of a human being's limited hearing create complex rhythms, and samples gathered from data files turned into audio are juxtaposed by recognizable sample of, for example, NASA's mission control. Put on some good headphones, start the album, close your eyes, and get ready to have your hearing tested.
